Moni — Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Moni account and all associated data:

  1. Email support@koodooka.com with the subject "Delete my Moni app account"
  2. Include the phone number associated with your account
  3. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days

Data Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, we will remove:

  • Profile information
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Linked bank connections
  • AI chat history
  • Voice notes

Data Retained for Regulatory Compliance

Certain financial records may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws. Retained data is no longer associated with an active account.
